I went natural with #1. That was mostly because labor went so quickly and partly because I was asleep and no one asked. :)
With #2 I did not go natural. That was because the baby was stubborn and I was impatient and the doctor was pushy.
I recommend going natural whenever possible. It's a much, much better -- dare I say "enjoyable?" -- way to deliver.
